Carrot cake ice cream:

·        Beat the cream with a stand mixer with a whisk until it gets stiff.

·        Avocados

·        Whipping cream

·        Whip the cream until it gets stiff.

·        Smash the avocadoes

·        Stir the smashed avocadoes in the condensed milk and fold the whipped cream in it.

·        Take brownie mix and stir it in water and oil.

·        Take a cup of cream and pour it into a saucepan and add sugar and salt.

·        Scrape bean of vanilla and add it to the pot and warm it over medium heat.

·        Get the pot off the heat and add cream and vanilla extract.

·        Chill it and freeze it using an ice cream maker.

Strawberry ice cream:

·        Egg yolks

·        Granulated sugar

·        Lemon juice

·        Take strawberries, granulated sugar and lemon juice and out them in a food processor.

·        Put the mixture in a container and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

·        Take cream, salt, granulated sugar and milk and warm them. Let them heat over medium heat for half an hour.

·        Take a separate bowl and whisk egg yolks in it. Add the warm mixture slowly into the egg yolks. Continuously stir the mixture while pouring mixture in the egg yolks and keep stirring until it gets thick.

·        Add custard into the cream using a strainer.

·        Get the strawberry mixture out of the refrigerator and add it to the cream mixture and mix.

·        Chill the mixture and put it in the freezer until solid.
